Canadian based engineering giants, SNC Lavalin, created ‘Transformation By Numbers’; an internal campaign to promote its employee satisfaction, and the transformation seen through digitisation. For this campaign we created a typographic identity inspired by the digital world of SNC Lavalin and its employees. The idea of pixels (symbolically staff) uniting to form the typographic characters, signifying transformation by numbers. This abstract concept helped shape the visual language that ties all touchpoints together, from print and digital to swag. The identity is further enhanced with the use of bold colours and neutral toned photography which bring a sense of excitement, optimism and humanness. The result is a strong, attention grabbing identity and system that plays true to its mission, and captures the culture of SNC Lavalin.
