Making a brand as good as its products.
A rebrand concept for Octagon, an award winning luxury homes developer through London and the home counties, delivering nothing but the best. Having looked through Octagons website, it was evident that their visual appeal lacked the impact their properties so well embraced. After researching Octagon and its competitors, I responded by creating a very simple identity and visual language, which reflects the name whilst respecting the high-end nature of the company. The brochures coherently continue the brands image by combining strong layouts with white space to mirror the generosity of the properties. A variation of colours were introduced to represent each property as a visual connection and also, to refresh the look and feel of the brand. The result was a clean, modern yet classic and visually pleasing brand that compliments and highlights Octagon’s passion.
