Refreshing and repositioning a tech, content and production company within the European market.
In an ever more digital world, companies compete harder to win bigger projects, and first impressions matter. Having been in the industry for over 25 years, DBPixelhouse had built up a decent client base, however, they were no longer appealing to the younger and more ambitious audience of the future. It was clear that DBPixelhouse had the brains, imagination and tech, but lacked a strong and consistent brand identity. We advised them to consolidate all their services under one name (DBPixelhouse) and one refreshed brand identity, making their presence less confusing and more memorable. The treatment from old to new was simple but powerful. The logotype became refined, cleaner and more impactful. We used a square (pixel) above the 'I' rather than a circular dot to complement the nature of the business, and paired the logotype with an iconic mark which takes the old orange mark and simplifies it into a simple and memorable symbol that embraces the idea of space and projection - the foundation on which DBPixelhouse is built. The new identity was rolled out across the office buildings, transportation fleets, uniform and online & offline collateral.
